• We offer an open and relaxed environment where your comfort is our priority. Depending on the services, you can generally expect to be on your way in about 15 minutes.
  • If you wear a removable appliance please remove all adhesive before your appointment. You may bring some to put on after your appointment is completed. Please bring appliance with you to the appointment
  • You will need to remove jewelry and piercings around the head area for most procedures.
  • Please notify us in advance for any disability requiring special assistance.
  • If Pregnant it is preferred if you provide a medical release from your OB/GYN before obtaining an x-ray. The technician will ask for you to sign a waiver, stating you understand the risks involved.
  • Your records will be sent promptly, and directly to your doctor. These records will remain with your doctor.
  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please try to call at least a day in advance.
  • X-rays, impressions, and photographs are an important part of your treatment. Whether you are beginning treatment, finishing, or are a “work in progress,” these records help your doctor visualize parts of your anatomy that can’t be seen with the naked eye.
  • The x-rays will show the bones of the jaw and face, the roots of the teeth, and many other hard and soft tissue structures of the head and neck.
  • The photographs show soft tissue aspects that can’t be visualized in the x-rays typically taken at your Dentist’s office.

Together, they provide part of what your doctor needs to properly diagnose and treat you. These records, combined with your personal health history, study models, and your doctor’s expertise, help assure that you receive proper diagnosis and treatment.

  • Although there is always some radiation exposure associated with x-rays, your doctor feels that the detailed diagnostic benefits will outweigh the minimal exposure.
  • Dental x-rays involve very low doses of radiation, especially when using the best digital equipment available and properly trained staff.

  • Due to the variety of healthcare offerings available today, we do not bill insurance carriers.
  • Payment is due at the time of your visit and can be made with cash, personal check, or credit card (including FSA and HSA cards).
